Something about me

I’m Craig Premo, and my career encompasses brand development, strategic marketing, creative direction and sales. I’ve marketed B2B software and workforce solutions for the healthcare industry, and I was Director of Marketing for Methodist Health System, a nonprofit healthcare system based in Dallas, Texas.

I see branding and strategy from both the marketing and design points of view.

My background includes sales and marketing strategy for an inbound marketing firm, art direction for a web development company and several years in marketing services with The Richards Group, the largest independently-owned advertising agency in the United States. There I worked on packaged goods, retail and restaurant accounts.

I see branding and strategy from both the marketing and design points of view, as I have a graduate degree in graphic design and led my own studio for several years. I like to take lessons learned from both disciplines to develop unique identities for healthcare companies that convey the essence of their brands.

I really enjoy mentoring healthcare start-ups on their go-to-market strategies, pitch decks, and presentations. I’ve been a mentor at Health Wildcatters, a seed investment fund in Dallas, for several years.

The concept for my company and its name stems from my life-long love of jazz. Jazz has been called “the sound of surprise”, and I endeavor to create “the rhythm of your brand®” for your healthcare-related business, the unexpected yet strategic approach that sets you apart from your competition.

When I’m not working or listening to jazz, you can probably find my wife Jennifer and I walking our two dogs, enjoying wine on a patio, or trying out a new restaurant.
